The Historic Luxton Home MuseumBanff, Alberta
The Luxton Home Museum tells the story of a prominent Banff pioneer family. Norman Luxton, Georgina McDougall Luxton, and their daughter Eleanor lived here for over 90 years. The Home Museum features fine collections of native artifacts, antique china and furniture. The Home is open Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 11am-3pm, during the summer. The Luxton Garden, with its 100 year old trees and old fashioned flowers, welcomes visitors throughout summer.
