Thirty-one award nominations were assessed by an independent jury of Canadian arts and community leaders based on published guidelines and criteria.  The 2013 Culture Days award winners were honoured at an awards dinner on Friday, May 23, 2014 at the historic Fort Garry Hotel in downtown Winnipeg. The awards dinner was hosted by Marci Ien, Co-Host of CTV’s Canada AM, featured a celebratory evening of performances featuring Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet and rising Winnipeg singer Rayannah, and culminated the 2014 National Congress on Culture.
